Arthurs Creek Garlic artisan garlic is a cooperative venture situated on a stunning property located at Arthurs Creek, approximately one hour’s drive from the Melbourne CBD.  Established in 2010, Arthurs Creek Garlic specialises in Australian grown quality garlic and a variety of garlic and chilli food products. 


Due to growing dissatisfaction with cheap, imported and odourless Chinese garlic, and in response to a growing demand for locally grown garlic, the farm in Arthurs Creek was purchased to grow local Australian garlic.  

 

Imported garlic is fumigated and often bleached.  Due to Australian quarantine laws, bromide bombs are  placed into shipping containers on arrival in Australia to kill insects found in imported garlic.    This is why we decided to grown our own garlic: it’s not fumigated or bleached!


Our garlic is nurtured through its seven month growing period with tender, loving care to ensure intense flavour, and superb looking and tasting garlic.
